All vehicles meet Queensland Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements for booked hire operations.
EN & LH Transport adheres strictly to all Queensland legislation governing commercial passenger services. This includes:
All drivers:
• Hold a current Driver Authorisation (DA)
• Hold an open Australian driver licence
• Have held a licence for a minimum of 12 months
• Comply with TMR fatigue management standards
• Maintain professional presentation and conduct at all times
All EN & LH Transport vehicles:
• Are registered for Booked Hire or Booked Hire Rental
• Hold valid CTP insurance
• Hold a current Certificate of Inspection (COI)
• Display required Booked Hire identification signage
• Carry the relevant Booked Hire Service Licence (BHSL) in digital or physical form
A booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted and payment has been made.
• Payment is due within 24 hours of quote acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment can be made securely via credit card link or bank transfer.
• More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund
• Within 24 hours: Refund less $60 administrative fee
• No-show, driver already en route, or arrival at pickup location:
Full fare is payable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• A 15-minute complimentary grace period applies to all pickups.
• After 15 minutes, $1.50 per minute waiting time may be charged.
• A Tesla Model Y typically accommodates up to 3 standard suitcases.
• Oversized, excessive, or unusual luggage must be advised in advance.
• Extra luggage requiring a second vehicle may incur additional costs.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage fits the vehicle booked.
• All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times in accordance with Queensland law.
• The driver may refuse or terminate a service if a passenger:
– Is aggressive, intoxicated, or abusive
– Compromises safety
– Breaches transport regulations
Cleaning or damage fees may apply for spills, soiling, or damage to the vehicle interior.
EN & LH Transport is not liable for delays arising from situations beyond our control, including:
• Traffic congestion
• Road closures or diversions
• Weather conditions
• Accidents or emergency incidents
• Airline delays outside provided information
We always make reasonable efforts to ensure timely arrival based on live conditions.
• Baby seats and booster seats are available upon request at time of booking.
• Passengers must provide ages of children to ensure correct seat selection.
• Child seat requirements must be advised before the day of travel.

All customer information is:
• Used solely for booking, communication, and invoicing
• Stored securely
• Never sold or shared with external organisations
